Standard Delivery and Processing
Most orders are shipped from our shop via EMS, the guaranteed worldwide courier service, is an international expedited shipping option offered by the Israel Postal Company and 200 postal administrations worldwide.
EMS guarantees delivery times of within 5-7 business days to main destinations worldwide with Internet tracking once your order is ready.
Our products are usually made to order. It takes 10 business days. If product is in stock it will be shipped to you one working day after ordering. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.
We ship almost worldwide. For purchases over 300$ free shipping, below this amount shipping cost 30$.
By choosing Two-Day or Three-Day service during checkout, we will expedite orders for in-stock items. Two-Day and Three-Day deliveries occur Sunday through Friday. These services are not available on shipments outside of the Israel.

White Spring is not responsible for tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees or any other costs required to import merchandise.
Some orders may arrive with C.O.D. conditions that are the responsibility of the customer.
International orders that are undeliverable will be returned, and customers will be required to pay for outbound and return freight plus 50% of the merchandise cost.
We do not provide free return shipping for international orders, but will gladly process returns as long as they fall under the outlines of our Return Policy.
